24–0 ("the Game") is a fantasy motorsport draft game. You draft a fictional cross-era team and simulate a season. The Game is provided for entertainment only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, or any team, driver, or person referenced. All names are used in a fictional, transformative context.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.
Online features — 1v1 duels and leaderboards — use Apple's Game Center service and require a Game Center account. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control Game Center availability or matchmaking.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with network traffic, or harass other players through any online feature. We may remove scores that we reasonably believe were not earned through normal play.
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that simulated results have any basis in reality (they don't — nobody has ever gone 24–0).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update the Game and these terms. Material changes will be shown in-app and require renewed acceptance. Continued play after acceptance constitutes agreement.
